RESERVATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

We are a small operation and cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Deposits are fully refundable if reservations are canceled more than 10 days prior to your scheduled check in date.  There is a $25 Fee for all cancelled reservations.

If your reservation is canceled within 10 days of your check in date:

• 50% of your deposit will be forfeited; and 
• 50% can be used as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the original check in date).

If no notification is provided prior to your check in date, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited.

DEPOSITS

Reservations must be confirmed with advanced payment of the total balance. Confirmation communication is sent upon receipt of deposit payments. Accepted methods of payment: ApplePay, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express

A pre-authorization of $250 (USD) for a security deposit is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure, assuming accommodations are free of damage. This hold will automatically be placed on the card on file. Guests should communicate any damage prior to check-out. If any damage is found or missing items discovered, guests will be notified within 48 hours of departure.

CLEANING FEES

Studio - $30/stay
Suite - $45/stay
Entire Hut - $75/stay

RATES

Our rates are dependent upon season and availability, and subject to change without notice. Rates do not include taxes. Children under the age of 12 are complimentary.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check In - After 3 PM

Check Out - Before 11 AM

We prefer all guests arrive before sunset in order to make navigating the property easier.  We know this isn't always possible.  Please let us know your arrival time so we can ensure a smooth check in.

CHILDREN

Rhumb Line Vineyard is a family-friendly property. Please keep in mind that we are a working farm with machinery and live animals. Minors must have adult supervision at all times.

PETS

We love our animals as much as you.  However, we cannot accept pets because of the working dogs on the property. 

SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY

Rhumb Line Vineyard is committed to providing our guests with a smoke-free environment. Smoking is NOT permitted on property.

NO PARTIES

No large gatherings or parties are permitted without prior approval from host.  Guests are NOT permitted to have more individuals on property than the number indicated on their reservation.
